Legalizes medical marijuana! Isnt this like the second place to legalize any type of marijuana in the united states?

Denver legalized it for under an ounce for possession, no public smoking, and other logical restrictions.

So the State Cops can't arrest you, but they can call in the FBI to arrest you and now you go into federal prison instead of State Pen., which is much, much worse.

Sounds like my kind of place.

But I seriously doubt the FBI is going to care enough to arrest someone for possession
