Yeah, so I quit smoking back before Christmas, if anyone remembers the thread I posted back then.
Things were going pretty good, since I was back home with my parents for the holidays, and no one around me back home smokes.
Since I've been back in Montreal (the 3rd), and more importantly since I've been back at work and school, I've been having a really hard time. My boss is a chain smoker, and even though he knows I quit, he keeps offering me cigarettes and asking me when I'm going to start again. My buddies at school do the same, since they all smoke. Most of them have tried quitting at one point or another, and they have obviously all failed, and they probably think that I will too.
Today in a moment of weakness, I bought a pack of smokes. I had 2 smokes out of the pack before I got in to work, where when I walked in, I dropped a $5 bill on the counter without saying a word, since I had a bet going with my friend (who I happen to have severe hots for) that I was going to quit for good.
She laughed at me, and frisked me for my pack of smokes (:D), and once she got them, took them from me and threatened to throw them out. I naturally begged for them back (being a ****ing addict and all), and then she offered me back my $5 if she could keep the pack.
Anyways, it was just nice to have somebody actually care about me quitting, after everyone kept telling me that I was never going to be able to. She really made my day, and we're supposed to be seeing each other later.
