Pretty much any word that I can throw into a sentence to make me sound more intelligent...

Though I guess that's an "apparent reason".

I've always liked "thrawn" as a word, but then some author guy had to go and use it as a character name and now people here tend to think of it in those terms...

Vitriolic is a cool word. So's glib.
