I remember that image! It's straight from The Illustrated Star Wars Universe. All the art was done by McQuarrie and the writing was by Kevin J Anderson. One of the best Star Wars books I ever read, somewhat like a travel guide but each planet's article was written by a different fictional author. For example, the moon of Endor's article was written by a disgruntled Imperial scout as a report and suggests multiple ways to oppress or even wipe out the irritating ewoks. It's the art that's really amazing though.
