I haven't heard any news in a LONG TIME. Anyone know (especially Hyperspace members), is the project going on? The release date is scheduled 30 years from the original 1977 release in 2007. Has anyone heard anything?

It was only announced last year, that's hardly a long time. I'm sure they're working on it, when it was announced they had only done the Battle of Yavin, I believe.

Yeah, but now it's 2006. It's a little more than a year till the release of the movie. There must be SOME news. Less than a year and a half, is not a long time in movie time.

Well, I would not expect any spy reports whereas Episode III is already out and people have generally moved on from Star Wars.
