Try doing a two-hour maths exam during it and you will know the meaning of pain.

If the weather gets above 30 or below 20, we will complain. It's just the british way!
I, however, am most annoyed. I love summer and the heat that goes with, and I've been cooped up inside all week working. bah. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

You tell them how it is maeve [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif] - t'is so very true [http://forums.massassi.net/html/biggrin.gif]. Same goes for that "rain" principle - far too much of it 3/4 of the year round and then when the sun comes out to play (in style!!), we'd give anything for the cooler, (optionally "wetter") weather [http://forums.massassi.net/html/rolleyes.gif] [http://forums.massassi.net/html/biggrin.gif]

I hiked a 13.3 mile trail with my girlfriend in 89 degree weather yesterday (much of which was uphill). There was virtually no wind, and I ran out of water with 3.5-4 miles to go. I consider 70-90 degrees to be ideal for outdoor activities. We don't even turn on the a/c here until it reaches 90.

It's interesting to see the temperature threshold of individuals from around the world.

See, England isn't exceptionally hot, it just tends to get very humid which is much much more uncomfortable, it means that sweating doesn't cool you down [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

Move to Phoenix. Or Huston. Or Jackson, MS. Soon you will learn the meaning of heat. I should point out that Jackson has bugs, and rain-forest humidity as added bonusus.

It's 94f outside, AND I HAVE BAND CAMP FOR TWO WEEKS! It's crazy. I have to go from 7am to 5pm and it's all outside. For once I'm not pale. Instead I look like a really big lobster.
