Well, depending on what you need, VirtualDub can prolly get it done.

But for true video editing, nothing IMO beats Adobe Premiere. Of course, it does cost money, and you'll have to get the older version (The newest supports XP only, I dunno why), but I love it.

WinME and XP come with Windows Movie Maker, but using that is like telling your dying grandmother that you hate her guts.

yo i just baught pinnacle 9 update for like 80 bucks,and it didnt do anything. i was so heated.
