For a reference point, that tree limb on the left is probably 9-10 feet off the ground. ( could just barely touch it and I'm 6 feet tall.) We were a fair distance away behind a car. That ZING noise you hear is the nozzle on the can flying past us, and that little metal thing shooting out to the right of the explosion and the subsequent metallic clanking is the can, peeled open.

I liked the sound it made. Just goes to show you how not all explosions sound like the "KABOOM" we hear in movies (like when they blew up the cement truck on Mythbusters, it was more of a "FOOOM" noise).

Explosions are cool.

A lot of exlposions don't have much fire either.

"WOOH! YES!"

Yeah, the cement truck episode was awesome kyle.

Try throwing one of those cheap disposable lighters into a fire. Quickly get to a safe distance, and enjoy the show.



Another fun thing to do (without fire involved) is to throw a big chunk of dry ice into the deep end of a swimming pool.

I want a cement truck of my own to blow up. Of course, I highly doubt the FBI will help me make it go boom

Oh yeah, we threw a lighter or two into the fire, also. It's pretty cool. A nice pop. But now we're spoiled by this explosion.

Throw a bunch of bullets into a fire then. It'll keep you on your toes.
