That's right. I'm sick of my Internet suddenly grinding to an utter halt and then having to randomly shut things down to free up some bandwith. Are there any programs out there that can show me what's using my connection and by how much?

I have hesitation sometimes, too -- go to open a few tabs, and nothing happens for a few seconds..then they all load normally. It's annoying.
