GET ON YOUR BIKES AND RIDE!
I had a blog. It sucked.
2006-01-29, 12:21 PM #3
Trying to ride more than one bike would result most likely in lots of ripping and spoke related accidents.

Get on one bike and cycle.
nope.

Better yet, a Queen CD with both songs on it and a bicycle/bike with a place he could place his CD player.

Lower your caloric intake, eat healthier, and exercise. The average America gains between 10-15 lbs over the holiday season, so you might even want to stop stuffing your face during that time of the year.

You errr, do realise that spe's British yeah?

Anyway, yeowch. I'd say that I'd maybe gain about 2 or 3 pounds at christmas, which is lost during January I guess. Yay for being one hell of a skinny *******.
nope.

Keep in mind that that 10-15lbs statistic probably includes the majority of the country which is middle aged...and middle aged people don't have the metabolism that younger people have, so we gain less. Generally. Probably.

Do you go to college? If so there's a good chance there's a gym on campus. Or you could just go running. If not, just do't eat so many ho-hos. I, myself, can't help it. They are so delicious.

Get a treadmill and hook it up so that you can only travel in WoW by walking/running on the treadmill?

You'd probably be too stressed from trying to figure it out to eat so you would probably lose a ton just trying to actually make it. So there ya go.

Yes, lots of movement with skydiving. Go with that.

That's not very nice.

Also, I'd suggest you find a different game to play. Like... the kind that keeps you so involved you forget to go eat meals. The kind of games that make your hands sweat are also probably good for you, too. You could also keep a dumbell by you chair, and lift it up and down whenever a loading screen comes on.

Not that I do any or all of these...
2006-01-29, 3:26 PM #26
see... the "no meals" games only have that effect on me for about 24 hours.

Dumbells next to the chair.... haha.... i totally would do that... will they make me loose weight or would i just end up with a fat gut and beef arms?

I think the fact that their diets consist of rice and cigarettes helps too.

Muscle actually burns fat, more or less. And getting your heart rate up helps. If you take the dumbbell and do some curls it will help. I drop and do pushups or situps and sometimes squats everytime a load screen comes up.

Diet is most important though.

Try this, eat the same amount of food every day, but split it up into about five smaller meals. Eating this way will stimulate your metabolism.

Drink LOTS and LOTS of water. This really will burn fat and keep you from retaining water, ironically.

I reccoment not crashing right from playing games or working. Take ten minutes and go for a brisk walk. Not some leusirly stroll, walk fast. I personally run or jump rope, but running is hell on your knees and unless you need to or enjoy it should be avoided, IMO. Jump Roping obviously takes a jump rope.

I dont drink beer or anything and eat average amounts, and I have the flat lumpy stomach of a greek god

(i think the lumps are the 6 pack, or it could be cancer of the gut :( )

replace food with drugs
eat right, exercise, die anyway
2006-01-29, 6:07 PM #31
Just start waking more. Walking is the best non-exercise exercise there is. I walk a lot and it makes a huge difference. Also, stop eatting crappy food and eat only when you're hungry.
