And still under development. I'm sure there are some of you who remeber Art Lebedev's Optimus Keyboard (the one with the OLED keys). Well, they've released a new model (yes, released. They're taking pre-orders, or at least were supposed to. their online store is down at the moment). Optimus Mini-Three is a new 3-key model, with keys that can actually do full-motion video.

Personally, i'll wait for the full-sized Optimus to come out (if it does at all. if not, I might be tempted to pick the mini up. I might get both! :D)

OK, yeah, I don't have any idea what it does. Does it pretty much macro a function (IE: Opening My Computer) to one of the buttons, and then let you make a custom logo to show you what that button will do? Could be nifty.

Probably 100-150--the Optimus only allows displaying of a fixed image at a lot fewer pixels, whereas the mini has full video viewage and a lot more pixels.

The Optimus will be amazing, I do hope.

If i remember correctly (actually, its on the site) the price of Optimus will probably be $300 (at least). Not exactly cheap, but you presumably get what you pay for.

The full keyboard is going to be around $3,200 dollars. I think I heard that somewhere.

But what does it DO? Just set a specific function to a button and allow a pretty picture? No thanks, don't need it.

Their own site sets it around 300 estimated.
