(Forgive me if this is old news)

So, I was watching the Stargate SG1 episode with the Tolan, and I thought I recognized the leader-type guy...

Didn't Pierre Bernard from Pierre Bernard's Recliner of Rage land a guest spot on Stargate one time?

I was watching "My Name is Earl" and Beau Bridges (a.k.a. General Landry from Stargate) was playing Earl's father.

He also mentioned "John Sheppard" in that episode; I found that highly amusing.

Yeah, several times if I can trust my eyes. He's usually been one of the people in the control room.

Well, I THOUGHT it was the guy who played the general in the 5th element, but I did an imdb search and it's not.

There isn't a regular DVD availiable. It's only for Disney Club members or something like that. It's one of my girl's favorite movies, so I tried to buy it for her birthday, but it's very expensive on eBay, which is pretty much the only place to get it. I think Amazon had it for $100.

Well, that's silly. I'm going to watch it one way or another, even if it involves going down to load the cannons on a pirate ship during a torrentious rainstorm.
