Post your wow characters!

Here is my level 60 mage while I was exploring a glitch that lets me into a part of the outlands from the expansion.

Several people on my dorm floor have been infected with the addictive poison they call WoW. God save their souls.

I still have my pics somewhere, with all my gear, but it's outdated now. I'll get a juicy pic tomorow.

Just feral stuff though, I don't want to post three sets of gear and tons of trinkets and rings.

This is the most recent pic I've got of my 60 Hunter. My guild has been running AQ since the gates opened a few weeks ago.

Also, if anyone can beat 1 year 2 months of pretty constant playing to get a character to level 60, I'd like to hear from you.

WoW looks so much better in motion than it does in pictures. It's got a very unique cartoony feel that really works when you're playing the game.

Crappy textures are crappy textures.

Actually the WoW textures, and textures for all blizzard games to be honest, are amazing. Higher quality than any other game out there, easily. It's just that they don't have a lot of effects applied.

And Drizzt probably isn't running the game at full. Mainly because when you walk into Org or somewhere similar at the highest graphics settings, your computer (unless it's about my speed or better) takes a nosedive.

also, the zones in the first 2 screenshots are not finished. unfinished zone + probably low settings = crappy textures

the rest of wow looks amazing
Moo.

Oh look, a post your WoW character thread is the second on the list. Good work Sherlock.

Because he'd think to look there as it's a forum to gather people to post pics of games.

Oh wait...it's for organizing games.

That's like saying a TWiT thread is in the tech forum where (most people) never go and it's wrong to post another one in the discussion forum.

How about just ignoring the threads, instead of mini-modding? You suck.

I stopped playing WoW because the bloody gameplay gets horribly bland after a few months. I still can't understand how anyone still played the game after a year and a half.

Did you hit 60? Because that's where most of the game REALLY starts. Though it's a lot better if you have a guild...it makes raiding and whatnot a lot more profitable and a lot less annoying with Ninja-ing and whatnot.

Hmmm, to me, I felt the game died down at 60 when I'd raided here and there once. But I know by now that MMORPGs aren't really for me. I really like them for a few months, and then bam, over. One day I love it, the next I can't bring myself to open the game up anymore.

Not to mention that Jess also got bored of WoW so we got different activities to do now.

A thread that was (wrongfully) moved from the discussion forum.

Exactly. It belongs in the Discussion forum. So the admins made a mistake.

I'm 60, I wear beaststalker bindings (still want boots/hat), and I use dal'rends for PVP and ice barbed spear for PVE. Armor set is Black Dragonscale (legs/chest/shoulders, set bonus is +1% hit, +2% crit).

Why so many Alliance?
2006-02-20, 8:36 PM #30
alliance outnumbers horde on most servers by at least 2:1, usually much more
