i once downloaded rainbow 6 raven shield onto my phone for free. Then my phone memory got wiped and Ive never found it for free again. Does anyone know where I can get an english rainbow 6 raven shield for free for a 3510i or 3530.

The Rainbow 6 Java games aren't freeware, so downloading them for free is piracy. Whether most mobile Java games are worth the ~5€ is debatable, but in the case of the Rainbow 6 games I can see why you'd need to pay more due to the R6 license (although they seem to charge the same amount for any mobile Java game).
