I just pulled two muscles in weight lifting class. One in my hip, and one in my arm. I'm supposed to test for a new belt in karate and I can't now :(

Post the muscles you've pulled if you want, I'm going to take a bath.

I broke my arm falling off the hood of a car and had to get a 6 inch metal plate installed in my arm.

I've been asking for the X-rays for months, but they wont give me any ; ;

I pulled a muscle near my hip, couldn't walk for a day or two. On the plus side I now have crutches for no reason

I've pulled, twisted, torn, all kinds of muscles in legs. Worse though when you get the leg cramps. My God do those hurt.

i streched my crouch area between your legs pretty good today, hurt like a mother. did doing my max on power clean, did a whole lot better then last time.

last time- 155lbs
this time- 185lbs freshman record is 195, ill get/break that next time we max.

bench
last time- 195lbs
this time- 205lbs

Squat
last time- 235lbs
this time- got to wait for friday for that


But damn did that hurt when I got 185, felt like I was forced to do the spilts, and i can't do the spilts.
