CGI IRC client?

Alright, since aparrently my school decided to block IRC (it hangs at the "Looking Up Hostname" bit), and I can't search for terms at or less than three letters, can someone link me to the CGI IRC client?

The chat-link on www.massassi.net (some guys homepage dedicated to an old computer game) will take you to a java client.
Sorry for the lousy German

The Java client is about 500x faster than the CGI one. Trust me..

But the Java client doesn't bypass the 6667 port block.

Of course it is, the messages dont have to make a trip to my server, over to the IRC server, back to my server, and then up to the client.

Its complicated, but its the only *easy* way to get around port blocks.
And when the moment is right, I'm gonna fly a kite.
