...no. You must be thinking of Dralloc Mall or something. However, it possibly predates Massassi which might explain why it's not hosted here.

It contains cpyrighted music files (Prodigy I think, on the dance floor). That's why it isn't on Massassi.

If you still can't find it, that one coop level pack has it in it. However, it has enemies in it that are super strong and will own you.

ENC was one of the most popular levels on the Zone prior to JHS. It's a blast to mess around in for FF gunners and Manowar 2 players.

I found a copy of Big Toys That Go Boom on an ancient cd the other night. That level was dos-edited in november 1997. Can't say there was much to it, but it was about the first custom JK level I ever played.

Whatever happened to the outpost-d34 levels? Does someone have them on a dusty hard-drive somewhere?

Last time someone really wanted it checked (4 years ago by TheSpanishKid), nope.

Damn that thread was odd, it wanted to revive all TC's, and it only succeeded in getting the TPMTC Mos Espa level released. Good times.

Empire Night Club is one of the levels in the 'Chaos Eternal' co-op level.

Unless that is a different level with the same name. But Chaos was always pretty popular, so I'm pretty sure it is the one you're looking for. And yes, this is the one with the Prodigy music in the disco, and yes, it's on massassi. :p
