Which is the best series?

Personally, my favorite is TNG, followed by Voyager and the Original Series. DS9 is just okay, and I haven't watched Enterprise.

I don't know how voyager can be considered "good" star trek. Granted, they had their share of good episodes, but in terms of overall quality it was the worst IMO.

TNG is the best.
Followed by the Original Series,
then DS9
Then enterprise
then voyager

I appreciate the inclusion of the option "I don't like ST."

I did enjoy the movies before Insurrection.

Star Trek was always way to geeky for me, but the OS wasn't that bad. I liked the ones when they went back in time, like during WWII, Al Capone's reign, or the Roaring 20's.

TNG, and the later DS9 seasons.

TNG is easily the best. So many great episodes, and so many great characters.

And then there was DS9... uggh.

didnt really watch star trek, but from what i saw DS9 was darker and harsher than the rest of the series'

which had whiney hippies *****ing about being hippies.

DS9 was a far superior show once the Dominion was introduced. It had a much darker tone, and the moral implications where much greater.

Not a big Star Trek fan.

Then again, I haven't really watched it. :p

DS9 FTW.

I actually liked the new Enterprise. It has been a long while since I saw any DS9, so maybe if I saw it now, I might place it at the top. But now with only my dim memories it's the second.

I actually liked Insurrection. It's a rare ST movie because of the extensive ground battles, technology and tactics used. It was far more believable than the horrible Western gun battles and tactics used in the actual TNG series. Well, that's also one of the reasons why I liked the Enterprise series.

Damn Voyager-lovers.

The problem with Insurrection was that it just felt like an extended episode. I never felt like the crew was in any danger, or that the outcome of this event would change the galaxy.

I've realized that, in all of the better Star Trek movies, something bad has happened to the ship (not counting Nemesis, which I have no plans of seeing): In Wrath of Khan, Khan royally ****ed the ship up. In Search For Spock, they blew it up. I don't remember what happened in Undiscovered Country, but there was something. In Generations, half of it blew up, and the other half crashed (that was awesome). And, in First Contact, the Borg took control of it and covered it with their technology.

I voted TNG, because it had the best cast. I love all of the characters, but especially Data, Picard, and Worf.

I never liked ST. I just hated the ship designs. Same thing with Andromeda (but in the case of Andromeda it's Kevin Sorbo who is the worst thing in the series).

But if I have to watch ST I prefer to watch TNG.
I've realized that, in all of the better Star Trek movies, something bad has happened to the ship (not counting Nemesis, which I have no plans of seeing)
I: Nothing happened to the ship.
II: Enterprise heavily damaged, severe hull damage, power systems.
III: Enterprise destroyed.
IV: Klingon Bird of Prey sunk in San Francisco bay.
V: Nothing permanent happened to Enterprise-A.
VI: Severe hull damage to Enterprise-A
VII: Enterprise-B suffers hull damage, Enterprise-D destroyed.
VIII: Enterprise-E assimilated.
IX: Enterprise-E warp core ejected.
X: Enterprise-E crashes into another ship, saucer section heavily damaged.

In all of the better ones, indeed.
