I'm in trouble...

You see, I'm taking Japanese through a distance learning thing with the University of Alabama.
It's all fine and dandy, because I get to learn something other than Spanish and I get credit for it. Well...

Last week I took a test. I was going to take it 5th period, but spent that time studying and was going to take it after school. The teacher said that would be fine.

So I went to her room after school, but she wasn't there. It took me a while (and cut into test-taking time), but I finally found the test by a shelf on her desk. I started taking the test.
The teacher had pretty much said it was okay for me to just take it off her desk and start it, though. So... I hadn't done anything wrong up to this point.
After getting the test, I was suprised to find out that some of the sections were over things I had not studied very much, and what I -had- studied was not on the test. x_x

To make things worse, I only had about 20 minutes to spend working on a 45 minute test.
Well, I -had- to go home at 3:00, so I just layed the test on my teachers desk. There was another teacher in the room, and she said that would probably be fine.

So... I went home and studied and studied and studied.

I came back the next day, and my teacher was like "What!? I thought you were done! I had my assistant fax it to the university to be graded..."

So she went and found my test, and had me finish it. Then she had it faxed again.

When I worked on it the second time, though... I filled in the stuff that I had left blank, but I also went back and changed a lot. Because... I knew I had done rather badly on some things.

Well, now my teacher (who is also the principal), told me today that the university has a problem with me working on the test, studying, and then working on the test....

So if they decide to take the original test, it would have been the unfinished/uncorrected one that I'm sure I failed since I didn't even do it all.

But if they take the second test, I probably got an A+, because I knew what was on the test...

So... hmm.... Maybe I'll just have to take it again?

I don't know, but right now they think I planned this out so I could cheat on the test or something...

I also happen to know that my online partner that I've done some assignments with -has- cheated on his tests. And by cheat, I mean taking the test in front of a computer with all the answers on it.... and using the computer.

Well, what you did WAS technically cheating.... why are you surprised?

hahaha

This is why you look at all the questions on a test before you write anything. That way, even if you had no qualms about breaking rules, you could have replaced the test on the shelf after having seen the answers and went home. The next day you could say you hadn't taken the test because when you went to the room, the teacher was not present.

I really wouldn't mind doing that... so hopefully that will happen.

... I didn't know you could do a piece of a test, come back the next day after studying the next piece, and do it... when it was supposed to be a full blown job.
Nothing to see here, move along.

Hm. I was told today that my teacher in Alabama is going to make a new test for me to take, since the old one is questionable.

And... I took another Japanese test today. A midterm. x_x It was rather long/rough, but I think I did relatively well on it.

I'm trying not to be immature, but was that intentional phrasing?
