True, but the pencil lacks one thing, ctrl z.
(and don't say the eraser because it's just not the same. and you have to consider charcoal, paints, and all the various mediums, plus they cannot be transfered to digital exactaly for use in online portfolios, websites etc.)
So, I call this a graphic artist's wet dream because it has the potential to break the barier between digital and traditional art.

Yes I know about those, but seeing this, useing just his fingers would might give the possiblity to use a real paint brush, or what ever utencil you want rather then being stuck with the pencil that tablets use.
not to say that those are bad, I would love to have a tablet, this thing looks to be just alot closer to what the real concept behind the tablet is.

does that make sense?

anyway, tablets=good, that thing=better.

And I would agree with you to a certain extent but you cannot say that there are no advantages to being ablet to use traditional tools in a digital environment. (without lying atleast)

Try Painter with an Intuous tablet and the proper pens and nibs. You can control brush rotation, size and opacity all with like, one hand. And then you have different nibs that simulate different feels...
