Art is all about self interpertation and how the piece moves you.

Things I came up with:

America sold out
America is the elite focused economy
America is rich
America uses a lot of products
America invented Wal*Mart
America is just another barcode for other countries

Maybe I'm not even close to it's true meaning. Who knows? All I know is it's cool.
