Digital Overload 2006
2006-03-14, 12:16 PM #1
Did anyone else go to Digital Overload? My brother (Agent J OMFG) went and now he can't wait to go to Digital Overload 2007. Hopefully I can go in 2007 when my computer is less 'the suck' and more 'the not suck' (wtf?) Below are some never before seen pictures of my brother getting his game on..or something.

Just want to say to Tim, and everyone involved, KICK *** job. I honestly wasn't 100% sure what to expect as this was my first LAN, but god damn was it an awesome experience. I was talking to alot of guys that have been to these things alot, and I didn't find one person who wasn't impressed with the whole event, especially considering it was in it's first year. A couple of minor problems came up over the weekend, which was too be expected, but overall I think everything was handled the best it possibly could of been. I'm already looking forward to next year, and I hope you guys team up with Ni! again, as I think they did up the network really well. Once again, great job, and looking forward to seeing everyone again at DO '07!

I'd go, but distance will be a problem. By then I might have a car and stuff though, so we'll see.

"N-No it's not!"

I'd rather go to PAX. As in if I got free tickets to Digital Overload I probably wouldn't go.

"If carrying one into another room, carefully plan the route you will be taking. Computers & monitors will be affected in an entire room. Loose metallic objects and other magnets may become airborne and fly considerable distances - and at great speed - to attach themselves to this magnet. If you get caught in between the two, you can get injured."

I would've like to go, but it's way to far to travel. I do plan to, however, go to the next Quakecon, since it's in the Dallas area and I'm in Austin.
<Lyme> I got Fight Club for 6.98 at walmart.

I'd probably be interested if I didn't wish Absath would choke on something sharp.

As is, I'll stick with my local LANs. They're fun enough for me, and I don't wish death on anyone who organizes them.
