To-do:
-interface the LEDs and motors with the serial port (or the parallel port of my old laptop)
-replace the cardboard with something a little more robust
-figure out a better way to hold it to the door than duct tape
-consolidate all the cables somehow (right now I have 6 or 7 cables of varying sizes, shapes, and colours coming off the inside of my door for power, pan/tilt control, and the signal from the camera and microphone)
-make it easier to control the pan and tilt (the motors currently go too fast)
[Maybe:]
-build some sort of zoom lens
-put a little scrolling LED thing on that can display messages
