I don't really like hard alcohol anymore. I stick to beer or wine, and I tend not to get drunl much anymore.

<3 I whole-heartedly agree, though I have to be careful with vodka. It is very sneaky in it's method of inebriation.

Haha, I started Sarn drinking and then I left. I'm awesome.

I was not drunk at any point this weekend, but it's bourbon whiskey for me. Anything else is at best a poor second. Vodka, I absolutely hate. It's just water, alcohol, and whatever else they couldn't be bothered to distill out of it.

The only alcohol I seem to like is red wine. I'd probably like Guiness (like I do with red wine) if I liked coffee, and some hard ciders are OK. Everything else is either meh or bleh.

Real absinthe is expensive anywhere.

All I do is pay extra for the discreet shipping.

I also forgot to say that I heavily enjoy Jack Daniels.
2006-03-19, 11:15 PM #38
Real Absinthe is harder than hell to get in the states b/c you have to smuggle it in past customs. However, once its in the country and in your dirty little hands, they can't touch you for possession.

The ban on absinthe is a very stupid law. So what if it contains mildly poisonous Thujone? The proof on absinthe is so high that by the time you drank enough thujone to cause any signifigant damage you would be dead several times over from alcohol poisoning. I should write my senator and try to get this ban overturned.

Not to mention thujone is present in many common household foods, and baking products.

DHL has pretty good, discreet, international shipping.

It goes down sorta like this;

DHL: Any hazardous or illegal goods?
Shipper: No.
DHL: APPROVED!
