While in British Columbia, I had dinner at a Vietnamese lady's house. As a special treat she cooked some eggs for us, but they weren't just any eggs.

That's after my first bite of the partially incubated egg. Yup, that's hard boiled egg/bird fetus. Feathers, bones, beak--it's all in there.

The leaves are to be eaten with the egg. I guess it's to help give it some additional flavor.
What does the egg taste like? It tastes just like hard boiled egg, with meat in it.
