The Gamecube's 16 MB DRAM is embedded into Flipper, with the 24 MB of 1T-SRAM external. It'll probably be the same deal on Revolution, then. 1T-SRAM is still extremely fast (nanosecond latency) so it's not a huge departure from what I said.
