Mainly:
Fox News
Slashdot (whenever I hear of possible tech news)

I turn on CNN and listen to it as I do things. Occasionally, I read U.S. News and World Report.

...you're joking, right?

For tech news, I have my Google page listing top articles from Ars Technica, Bit-Tech, WIRED and Slashdot.

For real news, I like the Christian Science Monitor. No, it has nothing to do with Christianity, no it is not biased, and click the link to the Wikipedia article before you make any judgements.
Quote:
The Monitor (or "CSM" as it is known in the intelligence community) is widely read by CIA and other intelligence agency analysts because of the newspaper's attention to accuracy and global perspective. Project Censored noted that the Monitor often publishes factual articles discussing topics under-represented or absent from the mainstream mass media.

I also have portal thingies to CNN and the generic "Top Stories" on Google which links to a variety of sources.

Interesting that you bring it up, as Jill Carroll (sp?), a journalist for CSM, was just released from insurgent captivity.

Would you demolecularize if I said I've made pit stops to Drudge

At home, those plus At Ease and Green Plastic news.

I personally like Democracy Now. Good show. Also, I volunteer for a news show at the community radio station, so I usually hear about all the local goings-on there.

Edit: Hmmm... I just remember now that you asked about 'news sites'. Guess I need to pay more attention. Sorry about that. Now to allow the one crazy guy in every crowd to save his breath. "Learn to read, Sparrowhawk! You America-hating liberal!"

But it's such a nifty sounding word! Sam Carter uses it! :/

I don't go there often, anyway.

Edit: Believe it or not I sometimes get news from the forums of Something Awful.
