Hi!
One night, sometime this week, I got to bed and fell asleep at 2:30 AM, maybe 3. I dreamt, wierd, woke up now and then just to toss and turn. I awoke, sun was shining, looked at my clock, which was set to show 24 hours. I looked at it, and it said 6:20, I think. I looked and thought, 6 PM? Hm... I tried to go back to sleep, and I was thinking to myself "What if I could sleep a whole day?" But, that thought woke me a bit, and then I got hungry... I staggered out of bed, got dressed, went to the kitchen, then realised... It was 6 AM... I gowned, had my breakfast, and then, couldn't fall asleep again... Actually, the thought was, 'What's the point.'

So, has any of you been through this, or similar?

...Cant say that I have. When the alarm clock goes off, all I care about it shutting it off...and getting back to sleep...food be damned.

I have clinically diagnosed insomnia. I'm lucky to get 1-3 hours of sleep a night. Sleep 3-6 on a regular basis, although sometimes I'm so tired when I get up that I have no idea what time or day it is.

Well, multiple times I've woken up at 12 AM thinking my alarm went off. So, I click it off, get out of bed, get dressed, tumble down the stairs into the kitchen. At this point, I start to find some breakfast. As I'm looking, I'm thinking to myself, "Boy, is it dark out."

So, I grab some PopTarts, and are about to put them in the toaster, when I look up at the kitchen clock.

****, ****, *****!

So, I put the PopTarts away, tumble UP the stairs, crash into my room and fall asleep with my clothes on, only to realize I forgot to set my alarm again when I'm an hour late for school.

(Oh, and BTW, you're crazy. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif])

I once slept until 2 or 3 PM because I couldn't make myself get up. It wasn't quite sleep paralysis. I just couldn't find a good reason to get out of bed. And I kept having wierd dreams each time I woke up. I think I slept a total of something like 16 hours.

Last night, I slept about 12 hours. Gives me a weak, mild headache to sleep that long.

I hate looking outside and seeing daylight approaching. I don't really care about the time. I just hate sunrise. Sunsets, however, I love - almost to the point of obsession. Most of my terragens are sunset oriented.

This morning I was watching Harry Potter. I hadn't gone to sleep at all since the day before, and at about 11am I thought "Screw this, I'm going to sleep."
I didn't bother to get up and change my msn nick from "psirhc - harry potter", because I was set to away. So I just rolled over and went to sleep.

I woke up some hours later, and it was dark. This being confusing enough, in my dased state I forgot how to read 24 hour time. My first thoughts were along the lines of this.. "18:20?! WTF IS THAT?!"
Then when I pulled myself together I discovered my nick was only set as "psirhc", and I wasn't set to away. And I'd just recieved a message on msn at 18:18...
