I've been to italy a couple of times with my family. It's great there.

The first time we drove down through france, germany, switzerland and finally into italy. Driving around the alps is great fun. Awsome scenery. We stayed by a large lake just south of the alps.

The second time we stayed in Sorrento for a couple of days before going on a cruise around the mediteranen. I loved the hotel. It was right on the beach, we had a sea view and you could see Mt. Vesuvius across the bay.

Italy is a great place. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

I've been to Florence and Venice, and Izzy's lived in Florence for a month. I can't wait to go back - Florence (I expected to like Venice more but didn't) is one of the places I most want to go back to.

And the ice cream is awesome!
