I suggest Wavepad, it can open MP3s and save in Wave format... :)
I can't wait for the day schools get the money they need, and the military has to hold bake sales to afford bombs.

Yeah, download Goldwave, it's free and there's no limit on using it.

Since when is Goldwave free? It says on the page "Registered customers with old name/password based licenses must request an ID based license here." so I guess you still have to register to use it fully.

Audacity is really free.

You can use goldwave for ever without paying for it

After some 100 actions you start getting an annoying popup, but if all you are doing is converting file formats, Goldwave is jsut fine.
