Reading the link actually suggests it is a PC inside a fridge. Which is what people in the last thread were saying.

The case is the fridge. The PC is inside the case. Therefore, the PC is inside the fridge.

[Edit] Reading further, it actually seems there isn't actually a PC in there at all. It's just a case that looked a bit like a fridge actually converted to be a fridge. I did wonder what they were doing to prevent condensation shorting the mobo. [/Edit]

He doesn't, but all he needs is some insulation between the cooling unit and the rest of the PC. A bigger case would help too.

Same as for sub-zero cooling - coat it all in dielectric grease.
