well Rove will still be overseeing things in the white house, it isn't a big deal what he is doing, and isn't a supprise.

McClellan did suck though, glad to see him go

As a press secretary, McClellan came off as robotic and stubborn, but he's just the face of the administration to the press. It isn't an overhaul yet.

Rove is shifting into a position where he is more effective and, as some say, brilliant. He is a political strategist, not a policy maker.
