I ditched THREE cops last night!

Just kidding :p

But yeah, this morning at about 1:30 a.m. I got back from a concert my friends and I (one of which is my manager) saw out in downtown Dallas. I had left my car in the parking lot where I work, right underneath a light, at the end, so any cars passing by can see. One of the girls also left her car right in front of mine, `cause we all had taken my manager's mini-van.

When we got back, we all got out the mini-van and I got in my car to leave, and the girls got in their car (3 in 1 car) to leave and my manager was about to leave. Well I pulled out the parking lot and this cop came up behind me and turned on his lights. Another cop came up behind the girls and turned on his lights and ANOTHER cop pulled into the parking lot and pulled up behind my manager.

Well, once again, DWG shows how much of corrupt pricks they are and why I wish what I do upon each of their officers, because they were not even in their city when they 1.) Saw us (the office is in another city), 2.) Put on their lights and 3.) Pulled us over.

The first cop wouldn't even tell me why I was pulled over, even when I asked. He also asked why I wasn't going the other direction home, which I told him the truth. I wanted to drive the long way home (but didn't mention cause I didn't want to drive through his crappy town). He asked what I was doing in the parking lot at 1:30 a.m. and I produced my business card with my name on it, as well as an award/plaque I got from work with my name on it and told him I worked over there. Well, another cop then pulls up behind me, and then a THIRD cop, this one driving a white Ford F-150 pulls up. I thought I was about to be arrested.

Finally this jerk off cop comes up (the one from the truck) and begins asking me questions and when I don't answer them to his satisfaction, he makes comments like "Look I dont give a damn what you think, just answer them." Apparently why we were pulled over was because in the same center as our offices are in, there is a marine recruiting office, and someone was stealing gas out of the guy's 2005 Grand Prix, and they were "suspicious" as to why we were there. The jerk off cop claims that they saw something fall out the driver's side door of my car, which was impossible because my car was parked away from the road, and they couldn't of seen jack crap from where they were sitting, watching us all get out of the mini-van, pull our keys out of our pockets and get in our cars.

Another ironic thing was that there were no other vehicles in the parking lot, save for the Terminex vehicles (3 trucks) and they were clear across the parking lot, no where near where we were at. Finally after about a half hour the jerk off cop let me go. When I asked for their names, he refused to give them to me, and they also wouldn't even let me back my car up and turn around so I couldn't even read the license plates off their SUVs and trucks. If someone is stealing gas from this marine's car, why not have cops patrol during the day when the guy is actually THERE. They kept saying "Military vehicle" and crap to me like I was a dumbass. The only military vehicle in the entire parking lot is that Grand Prix, and even then that's the marine's personal vehicle, not a military vehicle. It's like an FBI agent has his car egged, and the FBI launches an investigation to see who egged "Federal property."
I can't think of anything to put here right now.

That's pretty ****ed up. I would file a complaint with the department and anywhere else that you can. Police officers are required to give you their name and badge number if they are asked for it.

Avenger is right, they are required to give you their name and badge number. I second the file a complaint idea.
"DON'T TASE ME BRO!" lol

I find it funny, I write a thread that says "I ditched a cop tonight!" demonstrating my arrogance with the police, and the thing gets like 5 pages within a day. I write a thread that shows the arrogance of the police towards me, which sets the example of why I am arrogant towards the police, and it gets like 4 replies. :p
I can't think of anything to put here right now.

That's because what you did in the other one was completely illegal and not too bright. In this case, there is no reason for anyone to believe that you did anything wrong. No ral chance for it to get all heated and blow up.

Which further demonstates that the majority of the people on this site enjoy being total pricks behind their computer screen without fear of something happening. I posted the above story (which is true, and Im gonna call their department tomorrow) to see if people really would react differently than the thread where I demonstrated arrogance (though that cop never turned on his lights :p )

Don't be an *******. Not saying you are, just don't, please?

Also, you really oughtta file a complaint. Maybe the suspicion due to lateness was warranted, but the conduct of the officers and their attitude was lame as hell.

That was indeed uncalled for.
