Is it just me, or does he look nthing like a good James Bond, and some of the Bond girls are just...idk, not the right type?

It's annoying because in the movie (in the clips and pics), he doesn't look anything like any of the bonds. Maybe VAGUELY like connery (because of the short hair), but it's just off. And yet, in this promo pic

He looks VERY bondesque. Why didn't they keep this appearance (however touched up) consistent in the movie :confused:

Interesting footage, but it persuades me more that I want Brosnan back, although every movie after Goldeneye was mediocre.

Then again, I could say it will suck now or wait to see the movie. I will actually wait this time :)

Goldeneye = best bond since The Living Daylights.

All other brosnans = about as good as every rubbish bond film.

Daniel Craig actually has tons of charisma.. watch Layer Cake.... he'll make a good bond. I just wish HE had picked something better than a bond film.

My first thought was that he doesn't look like a James Bond... probably because of his hair color and stuff. He looks too much like "a character that would be in a James Bond movie... as someone other than James Bond."

yea wasnt he like in 16 of the movies? which reminds me... i belive that Q wont be in this movie and that Felix Leiter is supposed to come back but he will be black like in never say never again

Brosnan feels like the perfect Bond. What makes me sad is that Peter Otule could have been a great Bond, perhaps he would have been the greatest ever, shame he never did make a Bond movie.

I believe Andrew was referring to the character Q and not the actor Desmond Llewelyn. It has already been established in the series that John Cleese is now Q.
