I prefer to choose a random path each round because if you stick to one path for too long, the enemy team will catch on and foil your attempt. Seriously, if someone were to use the same path all the time, you have to be an idiot in not being able to counter it.

Rush random points each time.

Rush B fast enough and the CTs will only just be bursting through the double doors and it's quite possible to bottle kneck them there and kill them off.

Short A gets nade spammed like crazy, and generally harder to take with several places for cover for CTs. And cover middle with a smoke nade, if possible.

On long A it helps to lure out some of the CTs first and kill them off before rushing in. If that doesn't work, I quite enjoy hiding behind the crate on long A's tunnel with a knife for the occasional humiliation kill.

Middle just seems to get me killed :/

Well I can't run Source on my laptop at all, plus 1.6 is where it's at. Old school maps that everyone knows and much faster paced than source in my opinion (based on a few goes on my housemates computer).

You haven't played enough source. Not to mention the new, revamped maps are a bajillion times more balanced, and overall better than the older versions.

Source is awesome. The grenades actually WORK, the maps have a lot more time and effort put into them, the hitboxes are a billion times better, the netcode is more efficient, the settings are more customizable. My only complaints are the instability, a couple bugs, and the lack of console commands.

Source is not an entirely new game; it's CS 1.6++. There is no layout difference between Source's de_dust2 and 1.6's version. Yeah, you could probably say that cs_militia has been overturned, but it's beautiful now and still has some of the core features: the tunnel, the house, etc.

I'm with Yoshi on this one. Source is great, not to say that 1.6 is bad. Both have flaws but you can't complain about Source's better physics, netcode, graphics, and weapons settings.
