It's obvious that the similarities are a deep philosophical portrayal of mans unending ironic struggle to resist technology-induced dehumanisation by the very objects they have created to perform repetitous tasks in lieu of human hands and form a parallel of the larger battle fought by previous The Ones, thus indicating that history is doomed to repeat itself until love conquers all.

Or they might have just ripped off The Wheel of Time:

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

This one day I went to change my password, but being the clever chappy that I am, I accidently typed the new pw into the e-mail address bar and clicked submit, hence the slightly modified new user name. Go me and my awesome computer skills.

Mark Hamill is the perfect example.

The face-scruffing aging that can be attibuted to him and most likely, Carrie Anne Moss will be addiction to Class-A drugs, as is the life of being rich and famous and stupid.

Other than that, it now explains to me why I get bored whenever I try and sit through a Matrix sequel.

No joke! I think about that every time I watch the original trilogy... you can look at him in ANH and he looks so young, and then suddenly in RotJ he's like... Old! [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]
I wonder how much time there was between the filming of those movies... I wonder if he had more time to age than Reeves did in the Matrix.

Ever notice how the in the original matrix everything had this greenish tint where reloaded and revolutions didn't?

you can see it a lot in the above screenshots.

Also carrie anne moss looked a LOT better in the first movie. WTF happened? the movies weren't set that far apart.

The last two films were the greenest of them all!

I like being able to see in the left shots. The right ones are just way too dark for my tastes, though the clothes are cooler.

In terms of how much money was wasted making those mostly bad sequels.

The first will ALWAYS be the best one. I can't bear to sit through the others.

Six years between ANH & RotJ.

Reloaded is the suckiest of the three after much deliberation, revolutions had some alright moments, reloaded was just a crapfest.

heh, i think you just got it backwards while typing it. actually... there's parts in reloaded where i wasnt sure if the characters were gonna start choking on the green tint it was so think (like the freeway chase).

Then lets not take it there.

I had an opinion, I stated it. If that's a crime, every person on these boards should be put in jail and locked away.
