Yes but how did they fake the Dick Cheney? Or was it a double?
It could have been a static image that was edited to move a little... but I couldn't tell cause it goes too quick and I can't save it to my computer.

Actually, I was rather impressed by how much it looked like Cheney. They could have gotten Cheney's evil (good?) twin brother to stand in for him, and it couldn't have been any more convincing.
