How do you fight boredom at school/work/home/anywhere else?

At school (when I'm bored) I usually just draw, attempt to create my own oragami/paper airplanes, tap drum beats, or ask to go the bathroom and decide to take a 10 minute stroll instead, hanging out and talking with whomever's path I cross (it's a great way to meet people you don't know at school). Or, I just put my head down on my desk and wish I'd rather be somewhere else, and think about where I'd rather be.

So...what do you guys usually do?
Very funny Scotty. Now beam down my clothes.

Steal office supplies from teachers and get away with it.

Reduces boredom to ZERO

I just got on with whatever i was supposed to be doing, safe in the knowledge that some of it would never be usedul to me, but that it was easier to just get it out of the way.

I draw moogles.

Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of moogles.
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

At work I either do a sudoku or play with my deck.

Always have a deck of cards or two that need breaking in, and work is the perflect place to attempt some 1-handed cuts, throws, or shuffles.

I often have to find ways of beating the boredom and I find the best thing you can do and find a book (a fiction novel) and before you know it, two hours have gone by. Most of the time, I go back to the task in hand. Boredom is awful and well decide I have to do find something to do.

Kill a man. The cover-up will keep you occupied for many hours, believe me!

.....Or go for a jog or bike ride. I find that cures my boredom most times.

I just kinda zoned out in English class today, thinking back to Saturday's paintball-fest.

Now if I wasn't so smart and called on for all the answers by the teachers, I'd zone out in every class. But alas, for I am brilliant...
I had a blog. It sucked.
I slept through most of high school.
Me too, right in the front row under the teachers' noses. It pissed them all off, and in the end I graduated with 3rd highest average. Maybe I shouldn't have slept, I could have gotten that damn scholarship.

When I'm bored, I just stare blankly off into the distance.

I doodle. Doodle doodle doodle. Unfortunately, only sometimes do I create beautiful doodles. Mostly it's my special brand of near-stickmen and a bunch of lines

You know, I know some good ways of fighting boredom (like drawing and imagining C&C scenarios OR sex) but I rarely use them. No wonder I feel bored all the time.

Yes, but do you ramble on about completely random things, and dream of girls with ponytails flying through the air?

HA! Didn't think so.

i don't get bored at work... if i'm doing my normal stuff i am busy and that kills my boredom

if i'm up at the register i watch everyone else work (3rd shift not alot of customers)

at home i can find stuff to do easily... watch tv, play a game, look at porn, clean my rifles, sharpen my knives, listen to music, play my guitar or bass... lots of stuff to do

At work I rarely have enough to do, and if one of my myriad bosses saw me online or reading, I'd get in trouble. So I go with staring out the window. Fun.
