The one I would most avoid is the port at Dublin for the Stena Line (their terminal): after the roof was designed they said, "Now about those 2 tonne water tanks in the ceilng" and I mainly said "WOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAHHHHH you never mentioned those before" and then shortly after they said "oooooooooops" and then I fixed it. But I would've preferred to design it for the load BEFORE it was built...

...but such is life in the construction world (when you've had a few beers)
