Freaking allergies! Ever since I got up this morning, my nose has been constantly running and I have water eyes. I really want to take some Benedryl right now but it's too early to go to sleep :(

Anyone else suffering from allergies right now?

yes, but i use alavert, it works really well for me.

I've used it in the past, it never worked for me, but I was never actually diagnosed with allergies, so maybe I don't have them, just something with similar symptoms.

Oh, and you say you don't drink because of your allergy medication...liar! Loratadine is totally safe to take with alcohol.

I get that every time I go home. (The home where I grew up.) I'll tell you two things.

Take some Bi Yan Pian. Well, at least try it. It could help. Seems to work better as a preventative measure than it does when used for damage control duty.

The second is not advice. You've got to wait it out, man. Just the way it is.

Go to the hardware store and grab a tube.


My allergies have been much better after my allergy shots for like 6 years. I still have to take the generic Claritin, whatever it's called.

I used to be as allergic as hell when I was in New Zealand, but now that I've moved here I don't get any allergic reactions to anything.

I seem to have some sort of dull/mild allergies all the time. Blah. I tried going to the doctor to see what it might have been, but no luck on it. Oh well.

SudaFed/pseudophedrinminewhatever. Works awesomely and doesn't make you drowsy or anything, you don't really know it's working until you realize you can breathe.
