I got an e-mail today in which because of the Fan Film Project, a local convention is inviting me to take a booth and give a conference speach of this project, as well as showing short clips, images and a quick demo reel. If any one is interested in the credibility of this story, here is their website, (in spanish). Thank you.

They were impressed with that rotoscoped lightsabre beers, and since principal photography begins in July, and this is scheduled for August, I say we might squeaze a teaser.

What really impresses them is what I do at my age.

Since you can speak spanish, why don't you translate for us the info about all the booths and stuff? This is pretty interesting.

I don't have anything ready yet, I was contacted yesturday, and its a science fiction convention also. No I'm not mentioned on the site I don't think. In short, its going to be a convention where people who draw, collect, teach, know, etc about anime and comics will come. Pretty popular actually, and there is also a science fiction section, thats where I come in. I don't believe it was there last year though. What they have seen are some of our works in progress, some of the lightsabres I've made, and some other stuff. I was offered a free 3x3 stand with two tables and four chairs as well as a canon projector to speak about our project, show some stills, talk about the story, behind the scenes and a demo reel.

So have you any foundations to base your accusations? I remember that I was begged to death to post any wip animation, and I warned it would be unfinished crap and I did not want to do it, and yet you still insisted for credibility on this. I did, under the condition for credibility, then you completely ignored what I said and started critiscizing it as if it were a final product, which it was not. Some of you are like a fire that wants to be constantly fed.

Anyways, good luck with your thing, SF_GoldG_01. Would've been a bit better if you would've actually had some material (other than the short trailer and stills) to show before they actually contacted you - as opposed to making it on the fly trying to meet the deadline and all.

I suggest getting some kick-arse artist and making a crapload of concept art.

A vast majority of Anime is science fiction, or borrows heavily from science fiction.

(Incase you also didn't know, Mexico is pretty big on the anime, as far as I hear. Also, another thing I've noticed is that even comic-cons have become anime majority. With fruity cosplayers all over and everythig.)

You bring attention to your "projects", we want to see work. Of course we want to see credibility of your work if you decide to bring your projects into public.
