Isn't the show made by taking photos of the actors and then running them through some photoshop filters?

-That would explain why "Mr. Ian Black" is not only voiced by Michael Ian Black but also... uh... is him.

I'm not sure. Michael really looked like Micahael from Stella, and the Mayor sort of resembled that other guy.

The writers have had little setbacks...one got stabbed in the back. Literally.

Plus they always have problems extending the original 20 second clips into 15 minute episodes.
