Okay so the past few days I've noticed that a lot of people have been antsy and angry. Its quite annoying when one person slips and makes a small mistake and then everyone joins along in yelling at that person.

Anyway - The hostility has gotten to be too much so I'm bringing back something we havent done in a while.
