This is why special forces use burst fire.

Edit: Not that I'm suggesting the American should have been killed. I'm suggesting that an American would never have made that mistake.

Semi Auto: double tap to the chest, third shot to the head if you need it.

3 round burst: Aim for center mass and let it track up to the head.
