Hmmm...
I'll name the ones I use:
My mod - Adds adventurers of different classes (hunter, Imperial forester, warrior, battlemage, and thief) to the wilderness. They hunt creatures, raid caves, attack opposing factions, eat and get into all kinds of mayhem. Especially since I edited the Crowded Roads mod below.
Crowded Roads - Adds travellers to the roads, and they all have somewhere to go. (I edited this mod and added a random AI stats script so you get crazy people, scared people, and normal people who will all get into some hilarious antics. I've had a dude run to guards simply because I was NEAR dead bodies, that *******!
Faster Turning Hourses - I wonder what this one does!
Natural Environments - Adds over 40 types of weather (def. is like 8), new sky textures, better water and world lighting.
Natural Habitat - Adds birds (finally! wtf Beth) and insects to the world.
Combat Behavior - Makes all enemies smarter (more circle strafing if your blocking, etc)
Creature Intensity - Alows ALL beasts no matter their level to be in the game at lvl1, and adds more of them.
Passive Wildlife - Makes creatures that shouldn't attack you (like rats and crabs) a lower chance of attacking you.
24 Hour Respawn - changing the global respawn time of everything to 24hrs instead of 72hrs.
Axebane Hunters - Adds skins to all slain creatures so hunter characters can make a little moola.
More Arrows Recovered - 75% of all arrows are recoverable instead of just 50%.
Ark's Tutorial Terminator - Removes those annoying tutorial popups when you start a new game.
Arena Lewt Mod - Lets you pickup those sick weapons your Arena opponents drop.
Skingrad Advanced - Adds more npcs and a few more buildings.
All +5 Attribute Modifer - When you level, you get that +5 bonus everytime. Removes the lame tedium in trying to get +5 bonuses.
Increased Trainning Allowance - Lets you train any skill via trainer as many times as you like per level.
Theres a mod in the works that is adding a real economy to the game. Example: Lumber jacks cut down trees (they actually cut them down, and they fall, theres video footage) then they take the logs to a carpenter who can build houses and furniture for people that make enough money doing their jobs. It sounds insane. Even the player can get in on it by trading resources to NPCs. You could kill all the farmers in the land, and there would actually be people stealing what they could from people because there would be no food in the city. Kill miners and the blacksmiths no longer can make weapons and they go out of business. W00t.
