No, it did not go under, nor did it fail.

Jon`C is at a halt because of everyone's lack of knowledge as far as collision goes.

It's unlikely anything will pop up suddenly, but that doesn't mean it's DEAD. It simply can't continue in it's current state.

Jon has stopped and lost interest in the project. It is open source though, so whomever wants to continue development is free to do so. Search on sourceforge for it.

If the programmers around here are incapable of fixing the program, why don't we raise the money to hire someone who can? There has to be someone out there that can help (free or pay).

I predicted it would fail around the hype, but I didn't really hope for it :/

All that needs to be said in this thread has been said. It's on hold until someone with experience of writing physics/collision systems has the time free to implement collisions. As has been said earlier in this thread, if that person is you, feel free to do it yourself: http://sourceforge.net/projects/sith2

Otherwise, stop complaining.
