Hmm, I saw it a long time ago on the web. It was some kind of java, or flash game type thing.

Basically you could make this wireframe 2d model, and modify the physics of its enviroment, Like take the gravity away.

you could make it walk, or move. It was really fun to mess around and experiment with.

Anyone know what this is / where it is / was?

That's weird, it just tells my that it "needs a java-enabled browser", then stops loading. And I'm pretty sure that my browser is java-enabled, seeing as I've used java on there before.
