Basically, some guy was looking at porn on the internet at a Public Library and was caught on camera masturbating. The local TV channel then did a report on this entire thing (including exposing the college kid) as well as highlighting other perceived "dangers" in libraries.
Despite of the fact that what the kid did was wrong, you can pretty much tell he isn't a "sexual predator." The way the news reporter exposes the kid, and then goes to his parents to press the issue, strikes me as a mean-spirited attempt to gather ratings. So much, in fact, that I can't but feel sort of sorry for the guy. After being displayed like this on public television...wow. Talk about something being embarrassing to the extreme.
