Okay, there was this movie I saw when I was a little kid and I don't remember what it was called or what it was about or anything, but I remember a bunch of things that were in it. There was:

-A train. I think most of the movie took place on it.

-A bad guy who hijacks the train (maybe)

-An orbiting satellite that can shoot things on the ground and blow them up. I think the bad guy was in control of it.

-Some F-117 jets that flew alongside the train until the satellite exploded them.

-A scene in which two trains came at each other on the same track and at least one of them got beat up pretty bad.

-A scene in which bad guys menace a person with a gun that's supposed to shoot a needle into her eye or something.

Does anyone know what movie this was? And if it really was as bad as it sounds like it was now that I relate my memories of it?

Wow, that's such a hilariously awful title I thought that was a joke. But it's not :0

Now, is the movie any good?

Like said, probably one of the best movies by the kicking telephone pole. Although, like Avenger, I liked the first one better.

All in all an average action movie. Not one I would buy on DVD, but good enough to watch on TV.

Yeah, the movie isn't too bad, as far as Seagal movies go. Both of the Under Seige movies have their moments.
