i agree here.

not because of the height, but because only about 8 feet above the mans head, there is a really shiny flashy green light.

Which vampire clan is that supposed to be?

My guess would go for either Brujah or Malkavian. I was thinking nosferatu, but then aside from being ugly, they are more like magicians.
